Shenzhen Baoquan Zhijie Technology Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Baoquan Zhijie Technology Co., Ltd. is a company dedicated to the research, development and industrialization of advanced power-semiconductor devices, including IGBT, FRD, SJ-IGBT, SGTMOS and SiC. It masters the complete technology roadmap from NPT to the 7th-generation MPT trench cell, the design of high-performance FRDs, as well as full module packaging and testing capabilities.
The technical team comprises veterans from world-leading IDMs, with more than 20 years of deep experience in chip design, wafer process development, module packaging design and application definition. Team members have been granted dozens of domestic and international patents.
All wafers and power modules are designed, fabricated, packaged and tested in-house. Products serve mid- to high-end inverters, special-purpose power supplies, converters and photovoltaic systems. Devices designed and manufactured by the company have generated hundreds of millions of yuan in sales both in China and abroad.
