The Super-Junction Gen.3 series products feature a faster switching speed, lower conduction loss, and extremely low gate charge (Qg), thereby reducing the power loss of the device and enhancing system efficiency. Meanwhile, due to the adoption of independently innovative technologies, the switching characteristics of the device have been optimized, and the device has better EMI performance in the system.
