Base Station Products
The product portfolio covers a wide range of macro base stations and small base stations, supporting both 4G and 5G network coverage. Macro base stations are designed for wide-area deployment, while small base stations provide localized deep coverage for 5G-NR in urban hotspots, campuses, and indoor scenarios. In addition, LTE indoor/outdoor CPEs, mobile Wi-Fi hotspots with LTE backhaul, and microwave/millimeter-wave backhaul links form a complete network infrastructure.

Advanced Technical Features
Base station products support multiple communication standards such as 4G and 5G, compatible with both FDD and TDD modes, covering a wide range of frequency bands and bandwidth options. Some models adopt software-defined radio (SDR) technology, combined with high transmission power, carrier aggregation, and massive MIMO, significantly enhancing network capacity and coverage. To achieve stable and energy-efficient performance under these complex workloads, MOSFETs, SiC MOSFETs, and IGBT modules are widely applied in the RF power amplifier units and power supply modules.
Flexible Equipment Architecture
The architecture follows a modular design, separating the baseband control unit (BBU) and the radio frequency unit (RRU), connected via optical fibers. This reduces feeder loss, enables “zero machine room” deployment, and lowers construction costs. High-efficiency power modules and GaN/SiC devices are critical in ensuring compact form factor and high power density, making the modular structure more reliable and efficient.
Powerful Management and Control Functions
Modern base station solutions integrate wireless resource management functions, including air interface scheduling, access control, and mobility management. Some systems further support communication priority settings for mission-critical services. To ensure uninterrupted operation, the power subsystem leverages high-reliability MOSFETs and IGBT drivers, providing stable DC-DC conversion, redundancy support, and long-term durability under harsh environmental conditions.
